Shipping Information

Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $300 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied.

Domestic (Continental US)

Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 1 business day during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended. Rest assured, our team strives to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Order cancellation is only available if the order is unfulfilled.

Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer Economy and Express options with USPS, Global Access, and UPS. *Some exceptions can occur depending on order amount and zone.

International Shipping

N1o1 is pleased to offer international shipping. Our standard shipping methods for international orders are DHL, Global Access, and UPS.

Will My Order be Subject to Customs, Fees or Duty Tax?

As soon as the items arrive in the destination country, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our carrier partners. By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective items. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country. Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs that were charged to the recipient by any of our partner carriers, by order of the customs office cannot be refunded by N1o1, even if these items are returned.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on N1o1.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from N1o1 to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. The risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from N1o1 to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.

I'd Like to Update my Shipping Address, Can I do that?

If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and include your order number and shipping address for faster processing. Unfortunately, we cannot edit your address or modify your order once your order has been packed, so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during the checkout. Kindly note that purchases on our website require a matching billing and shipping address as a fraud prevention measure. We will do our best to accommodate address updates for small address mistakes (address entered is one digit off, or is missing pertinent information). Emailing us to change an address does not guarantee address change. Address change is not completed until you receive email confirmation from an agent that has handled your request. It is very important that you provide us with the correct shipping information. We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during the checkout. We will not update a shipping address to accommodate an address that does not match the billing address’s location.

I Did not get a Tracking Number, How Can I Track My Order?

You should receive an automated email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out from the warehouse. Please note these emails can sometimes be re-routed to a spam or junk folder. If you did not receive the email, please email us at support@n1o1.com with your order number, and we will check the status for you.

My Tracking Number has no Shipping Updates, Where Is My Package?

It’s totally normal for your tracking to go a few days without an update. Once your package arrives at your local post office, the tracking may not update until it goes out for delivery. Sometimes shipping labels can get scratched during processing and don’t register properly, but your package should still be on its way! If more than 10 business days have passed since your package shipped and you still haven’t seen any updates, please contact us at support@n1o1.com for assistance. Please be sure to reference your order number, or the email address used when the order was placed with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

Lost or Missing Orders

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:

  • Check with neighbors and family members.

  • Look around the delivery location.

  • Check for notice of attempted delivery.

  • Contact the carrier directly who can assist further.

Note: N1o1 monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). N1o1 reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.

Returns

N1o1 offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders. The 60-day return window begins the day your order is received. Shipping is not included in our return policy and shipping charges for your original purchase are non-refundable. Items shipped outside of the 60-day return window may not be credited back or returned to you. N1o1 is not responsible for any duties or taxes for returned items.

Please allow up to 30 days for returns to be processed. Once a refund has been processed, it can take up to 5-10 business days to process back to your account.

How Do I Return My N1o1 Products?

If your order is within the 60-day window you can mail the products to:

Please make sure to include your name and order number when sending back your return. If a name or order number is not included, your refund may not be processed. It is recommended to keep all tracking information for your returned order on hand until your return has been processed. If you have any additional questions about returns, please email our support team at support@n1o1.com.

Bulk orders of 12 or more items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds will not be provided for items on sale. Refunds for discounted or promotional items will be issued based on the amount paid at the time of purchase, not the original retail price.

International Returns Policy

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • If a customer refuses to pay the applicable duties or taxes and the shipment is returned to us, the following will apply:
    The order may be refunded minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping or customs fees incurred.
  • If an order is refused, a refund will not be issued until the returned package is received by our fulfillment team.
  • If the package is not returned to us or is abandoned by the carrier or customs authority upon refusal, no refund will be issued.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about potential import charges before placing your order.
  • Estimates of duties and taxes can typically be found on the official website of your country’s customs or revenue authority.
